I constantly have to restart the app just to get it to display my card status correctly. If it is unlocked, then half the time it shows as locked. If you select to unlock it, it gives you an error. The exact same thing happens vice versa. My fiance has reached out multiple times about her login not be able to work and there is never any response. This app sucks and so does their banking app. The least they could do is integrate them into one thing so I can manage my card in the banking app.

Half the time there is an issue with the app and you can't even log in. So my card is locked, I need to use it and I can't. If you call Kalsee they can't help you either. They need an upgraded app because this one is the worst.

I was out shopping, and my card stated declined repeatedly. I called card services, and they handled the issue within minutes. I love that they take you through all of the personal identity steps before going forward to guard against fraud. Thank you. 😊
