FAQs
Q: Why does the music stop playing when the screen goes dark?
A: There are several possible explanations for why this is happening. Many devices have built-in power saving settings (ex. Doze mode) that can cause disruptions in online streaming. Additionally, wifi settings need to be set to stay on when the device falls asleep. Q: Why is the music skipping?
A: When songs are skipping, it is often because 1) that station's server has recently been reset or 2) the internet isn't filling the audio buffer fast enough. Usually these issues are resolved with faster internet, changing the wifi settings on your device, or they resolve on their own after the server resets.

Q: Why is the app not working on my device?
A: Unfortunately, Oldies Radio Favorites doesn't support all devices and operating systems. This is the main reason we have decided to bring this app to you totally FREE! Try it out to see if we are coming in loud and clear, "Nothing ventured nothing gained." We are adding support for new devices all the time.

Q: Why are some stations blank at times?
A: Some of these stations are controlled by real DJs and if they aren't playing anything at the time or their site is down no music will play. Fortunately we have a variety of free channels so you will always have a lot to choose from.

Edit Review: Well, I've now had this app for a couple of months and I have to say for about the first few weeks, it did alright, but now for some unknown reason, it will cut out mid song and sometimes it'll go into an ad which I'm used to due to large market radio stations, but they don't interrupt a song to do it! I hope y'all will get this fixed with the next update!

Ordinarily I love this station. I live in Florida and I listen to it every morning when I'm doing exercise in the pool. Lately, there is a commercial in the middle of almost every song even if it's only for fifteen seconds, it ruins the song for me. If this keeps up, I will change the stations and not listen to got radio anymore. Please get it fixed and soon. Thanks for your reply. I can only use a phone and speaker at the pool. I will try another station that doesn't start with an ad.

Very nice app, simple to use, with nice selection of stations n music. Would have given five stars if not for having to adjust the volume so much...every other song, ya hafta adjust volume...change stations, same experience... annoying! Kinda like how TV channels are these days...they all broadcast at different volumes... always hafta keep adjusting volume ugghh! BUT, a decent quality little app n it's free n the best part is no disruptive ads!
