NHA application - New Home Agent application is used perform walk so that the warranty of the homes can be managed efficiently. Through this application, the agents are able to perform all the checklist items needing to be completed based on walk types. This application is used to capture the location and the issue description along with their images and videos. The reports is also generated at the end of walk and is used to send email to all the concerned parties.

If you are in Airplane mode or an area with poor reception, when you complete the walk, a dialog will appear showing you the progress of the current upload in progress. This helps ensure that your walk gets completely uploaded into the system before you continue with your next walk. If you need to bypass this walk and continue your next walk, you can hit the OVERRIDE button to enter a special code to open the next walk in your list if you want to continue. You will need to call into the office to get the code.
