Horrible program. Constantly glitches. The updates are ridiculous. Now when we click the dropdown menu to select a billing code, the screen zooms way out so we can't even see what we are trying to bill for. Extremely frustrating. The new "font" that they shut the program down for is terrible and unnecessary. Technical support is an absolute joke. The majority of people at my job are experiencing the issues, but Rethink technical support insists it's user error. Across 50 people and 80+ devices?

It works sometimes. Right now I am having trouble inputting data with TA steps, it says I need to fill out all fields when I hit the enter button even though I already have. My supervisors are also saying they can not see my notes or data when they go to sign off the session but it shows perfectly fine on my end. This app has never been completely reliable but now it is just frustrating to use during a session.

It almost always has an issue showing past data that's been recorded. Will either say "No Data Recorded" or show an error pop up stating that the app had an issue with syncing previous data collected. This is EXTREMELY frustrated as it makes it more difficult for us techs to see what programs need to be run for that day's session.
