* Update: I was able to create an account, and pair the device, but after trying all day, the camera won't load, I can't control the remote, etc. There is a note that says "not compatible with 5G," which might be the problem. I believe that's what I have and all/most mobile companies have moved their customers to. I'll update this review if I can get a resolution. I installed the app and it won't let me type in the verification code field. I can't move forward without registering an account.

0 stars for the recent update!! It worked fine for a couple of years. Now, since the update, it can no longer load the camera. I have tried EVERYTHING multiple times, and the same result, nothing. FIX THE "UPDATE"!!

Should be no stars, I have tried EVERYTHING to get this thing to work and had NO LUCK! I have both 2G and 5G, I know it doesnt work on 5G but it atill never worked on 2G either. Also, the app tells you to scan the qr code to connect robot to app on your phone but how the hell can you scan a code thats on the app on your phone with your phone? I'd love to be able to leave a review of the functionality of this robot/ app but it never functioned!
