The delay system, takes time for them to update the bills. i paid my bills for last month and it took a week for this system to update history

When I wanna log in it said "User ID not exist or invalid. Please try again". When I tried to register with the same email address it told "Please try with another e-mail address."

Been using this app for a long time but suddenly this year, I could not even open the app! Loading took so long and don't even load at all.. to have disruptions like this really a pain. Hard for me to monitor and pay my bills. Forcing me to a point to uninstall and reinstall it again. We will see how it goes. 5* for working app, but since it it not working currently, I'll just give it a 2*. Sorry.
