If I could give no stars I would. This app serves no purpose other than take up space and direct you to Whatsapp bot that sends you back to the app. It is absolutely useless for technical support. I waited several times for over 30 minutes for an English speaking agent and never got one. I just finally stop trying. It is horrible don't waste your time

I can't make any calls with this so called app. It shows an active call with the timer but no call is made. I called my home phone as well as my wife's mobile and they never rang. What a piece of worthless code.

5\16\24: I can no longer pay my bill online, it won't let me log in the USA. 2\17\24: they have created an app MiCuentaTP so we can pay for bill and it does not let you log in to pay with PayPal. I would not suggest getting there apps and stick with the web versions. 12\30\21: i was watching a college bowl game live, but it stopped. I would not recommend this app for live sports.
