Will not open. I've installed it, reinstalled, cleared data and cache. it says the app is temporarily unavailable and they are working on a fix because there's a service outage. I'm not reaching out to support because everyone is telling you the app won't work so you need to look into this. we can't do anything including maintenance orders because you blocked them from doing it on the website too

Disappointing I noticed that Tricon has not replied since 2024. I see no responses in 2025. Notable that when we moved in during 23, the personnel were reachable and very accommodating. The web worked, the app does not. The wireless hub often and frequently does not connect to the network and recently I have several sevices that do not connect to the hub. I would not again, be part of a paid system that does not work.

Still have not set all the water bill issues. Not had a chance to make it to the library to print the lease. When you call the 24-hour maintenance number, no. one answers. There are not too many options on the app. Trying to be patient. The guys who have come are great, though. Pathlight was easier when it came to maintenance, even though not everything was completed. Those who do answer the phone are nice. I am going on two hours of being on hold, and the app just logged me out.
