If this app actually worked, I could sell this product to my customers. For the price of the NVR and cameras, this product would fly off the shelves. The play back is terrible and the green screen on certain channels is very frustrating. I have this equipment set up for a demo at the shop and lot's of people are interested, but until this app is repaired. I tell my customers not to even consider this. This day and age people want to see their security equipment on their smart devices.

It's hard to do playback with this system. The time keeps resetting it's self and to actually do playback you have to go into the building to the system itself. The app on the phones just shows black. Our old system also caught movement and recorded only that. This one we can't find a setting for that. It's not user friendly.

Is this Ap ever going to work correctly again? It's even worse since the last update. It never loads, I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling just to use it once. If I try the next day, it doesn't open at all, stays on green logo screen. Then I have to uninstall and reinstall again. Phone is up to date. Please fix
