Too many technical issues. I like the content, but the app freezes often and has to be restarted to continue. We eventually got to one game that we just couldn't progress beyond. Restarted the app, restarted the device, loaded the app on another device, but nothing works. It's one of the games where you trace the letter, but nothing happens when you drag the hand along the path on screen. Both of my children are stuck on the same activity. Unsubscribed as the technical issues outweigh the good.

My 4 year old loved this app, but there is a glitch on one level, and there is no way to get past it. I contacted customer support and over a week ago, and have heard nothing back. If it was a one-time purchase, I would maybe still recommend it, but not for a recurring subscription. We're cancelling, very disappointed. It would also be better if the parent could allow the child to skip past some lessons/levels/videos.

I'm so disappointed in this app. I had high hopes for it and when it worked it was great, but it glitches and locks up all the time. We cancelled the subscription because it's frustrating for my son and myself to keep restarting the app. I've emailed the company and still haven't heard anything back. It's been 6 days so far.

What's new

With this update, the Phonics Museum is adding 5 new levels to teach your 1st grade children as they continue their reading journey. We’ve also added customizable avatars, so that children can see themselves represented in the character they play.

Children will also now earn coins for completing steps along their learning journey, which they can spend in the museum gift shop for cool costumes and amazing outfits. Enjoy this major update to the Phonics Museum!
