GETTING STARTED
To use the Anderson Brothers Bank App, you must be enrolled as an Anderson Brothers Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Ratings and reviews

Don't waste your time with this bank. I keep getting locked out of my account. No reason given when I call customer support, they walk me through setting up a new temp password, and I get logged in again, but only days later, I get locked out again for no reason. Seriously considering switching banks, this is highly inconvenient and unnecessary. Not to mention transactions can't be tracked in real time.

Upset because Anderson Brothers lied to me about the notification of them stopping Zelle. I never received anything, and customer service said it was on their Facebook page. I went to check that, and I went all the way back to December 2024 and saw absolutely nothing about the Zelle being stopped. I now have money that's been sent to my Zelle, and I have absolutely no access to it.
