Abbyy made some of the best ocr scanning software. Google and msft and A.i. abode making competitive product and killed off abbyy. this capture app requires some activation? mobile upload?

Disaster. I bought some OCR product from Abby years ago (Text grabber) and now I can't use it because it is not possible to download it from Google play, at all. Why? Capture documents is what? Unknown to me how this work, unknown to me why to pay again.. So no other option to rate than zero stars if possible. Sorry.
