Timekeeping: Utilize timekeeping to enhance the accountability and flexibility of your mobile workforce. Employees can clock in and out from a mobile handset or tablet with this feature. Administrators can view all time punch activity on one screen and can view a timeline of a user’s history. Employee activity is compiled into a report and available to integrate with timesheets. An additional feature allows administrators to view employee activity superimposed upon a map.
Mobile Forms: Replace your paper forms with their electronic versions and strengthen your business’s efficiency. Wireless forms augment the existing paper versions when sent directly to employees’ mobile devices. Digital receipts, photo capture, and E-mails work in conjunction to make exchanging information easier. Prebuilt forms exist within ENCORE that are industry specific and available for use. These forms are fully customizable, but the option remains for businesses to build their own from scratch.
Job Order Dispatching: ENCORE’s job dispatching capabilities heightens productivity for users. Businesses create and dispatch work orders to employees in the field, generate new orders for deliveries, service calls, or any other type of task. Work orders are instantly available for remote employees as they receive them on a phone or tablet. Ratings and reviews

For work obviously, then they do automatic update. You have to allow this app almost every permission to work properly. The fix was changing settings on my phone- even though it was working before. I seriously debated getting a cheap phone just for this app. Now I'm scared to close my phone without making sure I have 'saved' my progress. So many times after update I have come back to a blank form or one I can no longer fill out. The worst part for me is the auto updates in middle of work day. 🤬

This app is only alright. Would not recommend. You'll be in the middle of a work day and the app will decide to update. Then next thing you know all your work for the day is gone. Also have had it multiple times when you go to send daily production in to the office send nothing but hours (literally won't send without production inspections). Quite honestly for keeping track of hours for payroll not a bad app. Anything else get Onedrive Microsoft Excel sheets.

They don't like their lousy reviews so they decided to just change the name of their scummy spyware app and begin anew. Not so fast. This app should be illegal (and probably is, in many jurisdictions). Nothing like carrying spies around in your pocket.
