Total cost for our 3 policies went up 21.7% year over year. inflation? Tariffs?? And we're probably heading into a recession!! Found same coverage for less money. Also, my agent never returned my phone call.

DO NOT get insurance from them! They won't let us cancel our policy. Every time we call to cancel they hang up on us. We have been charged every month for the last year even though we dont even have the building the insurance was put on since last year. We finally got through to someone on the phone and they said they would mail cancelation forms.... 1 month later we got a letter saying they renewed it again. This place is a nightmare!

App logs out and does not have a stay logged in option. Get error 100 and support does not know what that means. Does not cache auto insurance cards and gives error requiring you to close app and requires you to close app and relogin. Needs work.
