once again made a payment and the app as usual crashes once the payment is done and the same doesn't get updated in the app. Shame the. Company cannot fix an issue which I'm sure is being highlighted by many. They charge a convience fee for the inconvenience

After making payment the amount has been deducted and still asking for payment on title bar... Neither i have recieved the acknowledgement copy or nor download the acknowledgement copy manually from payment history tab even current and previous month's acknowledgement copy is not reflecting payment history section...Very poor app, Lots of glitches... Please update the app.

App keeps crashing. Get index 0 out of range error after registering the app. Also on website trying to change name - after uploading all documents and trying to submit it takes back to login page I tried almost 7-8 times. Pls help
