Its unbelievable how useless this app is. Nothing really works. And even more unbelievable that a global bank like HSBC is using this service. Clearly no one from the development team is testing this app before having clients use it. They rather spend more time firefighting with complaining clients than fixing the app. The app ratings tells the story clearly. Shames on the service provider.

Horrible App...confusing, extremely difficult to navigate, almost haphazardly constructed...it appears to be the work of people with a rudimentary level of understanding of digital ease. I avoid using it so they are happily expiring my airmiles, 50K+ expired already. HSBC needs to seriously look into their partnership with Airmiles.

They switched to "mobile app only" service with an app that is not working!! Car rental is not available anymore, when I try to rent a car I get a message "we are sorry, There are no cars in our web" no matter which location or date I try, it simply doesnt work for car rental. Airmiles used to be an excellent program,WHAT A PITY... since they switched to mobile app only service nothing is working... The service deteriorated completely. Support is not helpful at all
