Terrible experience across web and mobile. It's like Frontpoint gave up caring about their customer experience. The app seems only good for sending me notifications. Everything else I need like manage the sensors, suppress/bypass alarms, etc. I really can't self-serve. I can't even see or manage my billing info without having to contact support!

Great, but call to setup locks, etc, which will save you frustration. Once setup, it is great. The new hub and keypad make it so simple. You must call for the setup, but the agent will stay with you patiently until you are comfortable. Great service. BUT, If you want to activate the screen saver on the touch panel, you cannot, even though there is an adjustment available on the screen... Support says that they are working on it. To us it is annoying to have the screen lit up all the time.

We use the Qolsys Touch Panel and Android OS as our devices when using the remote feature. The app itself is reliable with little to no delay of using the system. I would bet most problems on this platform stem from users using the new hub system they came out with. Solution: Users should op to get Qolsys Panel if still given the option. To Frontpoint, their is a saying that goes “If it isn't broken, don't fix it." So please throw the hub in the trash and stick to what works.
