Was an amazing service that worked perfectly until it was bought out by ADT. Now the app never works. The app will crash immediately upon opening it or it won't even show my dashboard by looping a loading wheel. Don't even bother using this app, just manage your system locally.

Not a happy custom of ALDER Security. When you first get with this company, they don't tell you that you are signing up for a 5 yr contract. Second, the price increased by $10 without any details or warning. Third, when I called about the price being too expensive and wanting to cancel, the rep informed me that she would give me a courtesy $10 difference to fix what happened. She didn't inform me of a new contract for 5 yrs as the result. To cancel, I would have to pay $3,175. I'm so pissed!

This app really sucks it is not user-friendly and if you forget your login or your password well good luck getting it because it doesn't even give you an option for you to retrieve it only the password if you don't remember the login you can't get in. It won't retrieve nothing doesn't even give you options to retrieve it I am highly disappointed in this app and I just got the security system and I might just send it back
