I love the simple practices that you can do each day. There is a large selection of them (112) covering things like breathing, noticing the space at the armpits and eating delicious food. The diversity and simplicity of the practice makes it very easy to do daily.

the app's concept is very simple but powerful: it has an audiobook translating and explaining the vijnanabhairava tantra, and then it has on a different menu every practice of that tantra explained clearly with easy to follow instructions. No pointless talking, everything is very precise and straight to the point. The practices are very powerful, but if you know the VBT you already know that 😉 Hands down, this is one of the best meditation apps I have ever used in ages.
