At first, it started not audibly alerting to a notification, but I could see it in my notification bar. Then it wouldn't even show in the notification bar, but if I opened the app I could see it. Then it wouldn't even show in the app. Then, when you opened the app it would continuously load. I finally decided to delete and re-install the app, but now it won't let me get past the sign up page. Maybe they are not in business anymore.

Today I received a notification of an active assailant on campus when I was in a nearby location, and when I tried to open the Alertus app it got stuck on "Processing" for a long time, and sometimes said "It appears that internet connection is offline" despite my internet connection working perfectly fine for other purposes. For a while I couldn't see the alert in the list after having received the notification, which made it look like a retracted false alarm, but it was a real event.

This app is awesome when it works. Every time my phone updates the app gets stuck in offline mode. Now customer service is telling me my organization has to contact them. So I can't get help. Very poor customer service. I just need to know what setting I have to adjust again for this app to work.
