This version will not resolve a connection. I have 4 Alibi Witness systems. This app will not recognize the IP or the port. Each attempt it has a different failure message. I called tech support and they said reload the app and support would call back to resolve the connection issues. No surprise. No call back.

Some things are better than the Witness app but some are worse. One of the more irritating things is the PTZ controls, I miss the joystick option and editing Presets is terrible in this app! Can edit a specific preset other than delete. When I create a new one I can't name it. Presets don't sync with the cam settings so if Home is present one you have to edit it from the web interface locally. Please fix this!

Asked me to sign up and had to send a code to my email - yes i entered it correctly. Never received an email - yes i checked spam and trash. Tried 20 additional times. Never received a code in email. If there's a mobile app there should be a webpage to login to see cameras. Cannot recommend this app - please improve the functionality and consider adding a web-portal.
