Although the app PROVIDES CONTROLS for PAUSE/FAST FORWARD/REWIND, they are NOT functional. When you touch the screen the video stops and returns you to the main menu. I have a Lenovo Android Tablet, perhaps this is why. i do not watch videos on my cell phone. PLEASE CORRECT THESE ISSUES. Google Chrome on the tablet does a better job of running the videos than this app does.

Have premium since June 2021. Lots of flaws! No place to change payment. Put on hold and it starts all over again from start. No menu or setttings. I pay for the concierge app and Bill still takes 5+ minutes advertising products! I wrote about these errors 2 years ago; never got a response! I like O'Reilly but don't like his really bad app!

Bill for a man of your stature to be using such a pathetic app is crazy.... You would be better off posting your shows on a pay YouTube channel. The app simply sucks, you cannot stop, you cannot Pause, you cannot backup if you've never tried to access your streaming from streaming from a mobile phone, you need to give it a try.
