Love being able to manage my accounts at anytime! Depositing checks and transferring money made easy. And the notifications on suspicious activity have been a life saver!

Because you all have too many technical issues one you can get in your account and then the next day you have issues or an error occurs. And it takes hours for you all to fix. This isn't cool for customers or businesses. On 6/16/24 the issue continues. When want to check my account on the weekends you all seem to have problems and you can't talk to anyone because it's Sunday so then you have to wait until Monday which puts you in a dilemma.

I can not even open the app without it completely closes everytime as this app doesn't have permissions for an Android? It doesnt make any sense as it only gives 2 seconds to read the reason why it keeps not letting me log into my account. This app is not user friendly and I am cancelling my bank account. This app was suppose to give me ease for money transfer, but now it's just a waste of having a bank account. Very disappointed.
