Bill pay is no longer available on the app since the latest update. I was on hold for over an hour yesterday and never got to speak to anyone . The website allows bill pay but it's extremely difficult to see and navigate, and it doesn't show my upcoming bills added into a total like the app used to. I like being able to see all the accounts I'm a joint owner of but I need bill pay back.

Completely dissatisfied with the summer 2022 update to this app! Can't find things. The walk-through on how to navigate the new stuff just takes me back to the screen that shows my accounts when I touch "learn more." Can't login with my PIN. Instead, it has to be username and password every time. When I touch 'debit card rewards" it just tells me what that means instead of redirecting to the rewards site.. This is a fail. Please fix it.

2023 Since the most recent update the app is totally unusable. I cannot even view my accounts. They simply don't show up under the account tab. I wasn't even offered a walkthrough up on logging in, so if I need to unlock them somehow, I have no idea how. I'm just going to uninstall. Hopefully the website didn't get the same treatment or I may have to switch credit unions. Pity, because I used to really like this one.
