Last worked Nov 2023, now not working again!!! Still not working as at 10th July 2024!! I've not logged into this app since 2021, it stopped working on my Samsung phone and a lot of people were having the same problem. Installed a new TV today and connected the Security Cameras, thought I'd just try and check to see if the app was working on my Samsung phone and lo and behold....yes! Thank goodness for the update. So handy to check my phone rather than having to use the hard drive. Thank you!!

Works but needs improvement, HD/Clear mode has stopped working, which is not useful when trying to see at night. *update review* The latest app update has improved the experience and the issue above no longer occurs. The only thing stopping it getting it a five is the main 4 small camera screens are no longer loading and need to be clicked on individually.

Originally, it seemed to work fine for us. No issues . BUT, now, for some reason it has stopped working. Keeps reporting that the CCTV is offline...when it isn't... doesn't matter how many times you uninstall and reinstall...just says OFFLINE..it's now just basically a software paperweight...no good to man or beast...Come on guys...give a solution to the problems..Worked fine until you started messing with it. And, what is this 'other' AdCloud?? Link please.
