This is an expansion layouts pack for AnySoftKeyboard.
Install AnySoftKeyboard first, and then select the desired layout from AnySoftKeyboard's Settings->Keyboards menu.

Ratings and reviews

None of the special characters were there. They were all shown in the display before download but weren't actually present upon download. There was one new character, but it wasn't even one used in Fulfulde. I was very disappointed. It seems to be downloading Spanish or something instead of Fulfulde.
