Changes the medicine delivery time on their own. Totally useless support. No customer care number. Only ticket system is there where they have most probably deployed a bot who just gives pre defined answer. No matter what you are saying, their bot will answer based on what question you have selected from the dropdown. Rather than having a ticket system, they could have simply created a faq page because in any case they are not listening to your concern

The app has good consultation packages and medicine ordering facility is really convenient. The only issue, a major one though is that the doctor appointment don't always connect well. Either the video doesn't connect or both doctor patient can't join the call room at the same time. They really need to correct this technical glitche corrected and well functioning again.

The delivery times are really high. Pharmacy products are usually used on same day. What is the use of having 4-5 days delivery. They dont have store pick up. You should provide this option so that customer can pick up from store in case of urgency. Also prices in app and store varies by atleast 10 percent. Though it us good but seeing delivery timelines no one would be willing to order. The online app also does not give an option to claim gift vouchers. Too may flaws
