FotoClock is an application for staff attendance control. With FotoClock your employees will be able to mark entrances/exits to their workplace, with the assurance that the following data will be verified:
1) Photography/Facial Recognition (In case the employee is not trained in the system; their employee code can be entered manually)
2) Employee code
3) Geolocation

Facial recognition, Geolocation, Late arrival alerts, employees clocking in outside the assigned geofence, and unidentified employees (employees clocking in manually). Control of work teams, establishment of work zones, establishment of shifts are part of the characteristics of the FotoClock attendance control system.

Steps to use FotoClock on Android devices:
Register the company at www.fotoclock.net
After verifying the registration you will receive an email with a 6-digit code to activate the application.
(Through the web platform you can register employees and obtain reports on time, attendance and employee geolocation.)
Download the app and enter the activation code. (Remember that to register employees and obtain reports you must enter your assigned space on the fotoclock.net platform via the web, which you can find in the email sent at the time of registration).
How does facial recognition work?
When the employee clocks in from their mobile device, they are asked for permission to activate the camera. The employee's face is then analyzed to finally be detected by the facial recognition algorithm.
