Was working well until I tried to establish Autopay via the app. simply didn't pay at all, never even properly signed up the autopay. Nearly got a late fee, and then when i paid manually, it still tried to make me pay again, despite it charging to my account

I've had GNG for over 30 years I've never had a problem. when and if you have to call there always ready to help.

Not accurate. My gas got cut off because when I went through this app, was telling me my bill wasn't due yet but then my gas was shut off and when I called the automated system gave me a past date that my gas was due!!🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
