App doesn't work. Everytime I open it it only shows an old transfer and not my upcoming transfer and cannot change screens. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and no success.

We booked an airport transfer in Aruba and were promised an orange van and staff in bright orange shirts for easy finding. Upon arrival, there was no orange van, no one wore orange, and no one held a sign with the company name. Instead, we found a few young people in black shirts waiting awkwardly in the background. We spent 45 minutes walking around trying to locate them. This complete lack of professionalism ruined the start of our trip. Do not ever book anything with this company. Take a taxi

Horrible app. Spent over 2 hours trying to get the hotel shuttle transfers with no luck. Got a message saying the resource you are looking for might have been removed, had name change or temporarily unavailable. Next try got a message that it doesn't exist. So much stress Finally let my travel agent deal with it. Why have an app that caused this much stress.
