The new version of this app works reasonably well, but I've been to a number of locations that don't have their register system running correctly to scan the app. This needs to be a mix of the old version with self check-in, and the new version by scanning a qr code on the receipt. It should recognize the items sold and give you points for every dollar spent, similar to the Dunkin, Starbucks, or Wawa apps.

Rewards keep disappearing!! I did have one reward, along with the spring free ice reward. We went for the free ice, and planned on saving the other reward, since it wasn't expiring for a bit. (Keep in mind I lost rewards between seasons) Needless to say, both my rewards disappeared, and I never got credit for my last 2 visits. The locations I go to, the people are great. The app is a constant source of frustration!

Needs to much info, cannot set up. Why do you need all the info just to set up a rewards app? Every time you upgrade, need to enter PW. This time the criteria changed and need to go through adding more info and a complex PW. Only to get done and it will not accept, Says something went wrong try again later. I'm here now for ice, I won't be later.
