It works for property maintenance contractors who are in the business of landscaping, building maintenance, flood restoration, tree services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, and more.
It works on various property types such as Homeowner Associations (HOA), office, industrial, retail, commercial real estate association, apartment, and residential.
