They took a good thing and destroyed it. New app is awful on just about every platform. They rushed it out with a bunch of problems, in the middle of race season, and then zero support from customer service. Not worth the money any more, especially when the competition does it better for half the cost. Won't be renewing if this is a reflection of what to expect moving forward.

Very high price for less offerings than competitors which I stomached a while, but the change to a less secure, passwordless login system, was the kicker. Support could not answer questions relating to how our data is stored, if encrypted, what about XYZ scenario etc - could not or did not know & made no effort to find out. IT is either non-existent or woefully undertrained for what they're doing.

I have been a DirtVision subscriber for a few years and always enjoyed watching through my smart TV web browser (with some issues but palatable). Since the new update, I can no longer watch or cast it to my TV. I have since unsubscribed. I love the service, but it is no use if I can't use it. The competition found a way to cast their product seamlessly, I hope you can figure it out.
