It was 5 star previously, but this last update removed the ability to see the daily charges in monetary value, which sincerely helped me track when appliances where using more energy than they should, and helped me catch the squirrels nesting in the attic and messing up the insulation because my usage jumped up suddenly. I would love to have that back.

Good day! I like how the app is set-up and how I see my bill, over the internet version. However, I can't pay with check on the app. I see my info pop-up briefly, then disappears. Is there a fix coming? I might as well delete the app and use chrome till it's fixed.

Installed app. Tried to login but keeps saying error and site not available . It was supposed to be easy. Easy, fast, no hassle blah..blah...blah. Fix it or remove it. It literally makes the most patient customer into a raging ,fowl mouthed, heartless psychopath. Children, spouses , and anyone (who just happens to be within ear f..king radius ) are left in the fetal position , shaking violently from the actions of the customer, who has now decided to end their own life. All because your App
