This app is trash. You never get updates on anything. When you schedule payment, they don't get charged until 5 days later, and that through using a debit card, which should come out instantly. They don't report to credit agencies unless you fall behind. It is the worst company to deal with, and I am super unsatisfied. I will be looking for another company to refinance to get rid of them. Do not go with this company if you are trying to get a loan.

Update*** They stopped reporting to the credit agencies and hasn't been updated in *6 months now. They say they report every month but obviously not. Multiple complaints sent out and they said it would be fixed within a month but 2 months later still nothing. Do not use this loan agency!

Just got approved for a vehicle through Arivo. First bill came in and already the customer lady was rude and not understanding. I set up a payment arrangement which would make a few weeks late due to financial hardship and she was completely rude. Didn't offer anyway to work with me. I wish I never got a car loan through them.
