The app functions well for the most part. A few issues I ran into: I was unable to retrieve my cards and have them mailed to me. Support said there was an issue with my address that they were able to fix. This took about 2 weeks to get resolved. Not sure if they needed to send an actual person to my house to verify or what. The second issue was I bought a slab pack and got a Wander Franco auto? What? LOL! They bought it back from me but by the time that was finished I missed out on everything.

my biggest gripe Is allowing people to remove cards from auction at the absolute last minute when you are winning while the card has no reserve placed on it . it feels like a waste of time . 1 dollar per card to ship remove from vault , fee for precious of card after auction. the fee seems to be about 50 cents or so added to the bid at the end of the auction on your recipe. wallet funds for slabs and and auction not checkout. I do not use the app, I use the browser for a better experience.

do not waste your money, I put this to the test, and purchased a lot of slabs, and almost every single one was worth less than I bought it for. I bought 30 and lost on all but 1, and the 1 was only 2 dollars more
