JB Takoyaki Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in Malaysia on the 27th December 2007. We started operating on the 12th December 2008. Our HQ is currently located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We have over 30 outlets across Malaysia and Brunei. Most of the outlets are located mainly in major cities of East Malaysia.
In Japan, Takoyaki, has been very popular for more than 60 years. In 1995, this famous Japanese snack was introduced to Taiwan by Sun Boat Octopus Co. Ltd.
With long term market research, consistent quality control and unique product design, Sun Boat Octopus Co. Ltd. has successfully developed a huge market share in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. In 2002, it has also started its operation in the USA and Canada.
As the sole distributor of Sun Boat Octopus Co. Ltd., we have successfully introduced this product to East Malaysia and Peninsular Malaysia in 2008 and 2014 respectively, and the response was overwhelming.
