The app has truly made me quit the short form content. But there are a few flaws in the app. 1. The menu where you choose apps to block does not expand and you can only see 3 apps at a time which makes it really inconvenient 2. After unblocking any of the apps it gives you the option to block them again, "Scrolling will be interrupted after - [ ]", but regardless of what you choose it does nothing. I have tested this extensively and every option just unblocks the app. I will be testing more.

I have been using this for past 3 weeks and the experience is great. Now I have stopped myself from endless scrolling, thanks to this app, saving a lot of time. At one point, the app stopped working but I restarted the app and then it again worked.

Thank you so much for this app! I was addicted to YouTube Shorts and nothing worked. I had deleted Instagram & other apps but couldn't stop scrolling Shorts. Then I found your Chrome extension and from there found this app, I can't believe it actually works! Now I can finally watch meaningful long videos on YouTube. So grateful for this simple and effective solution! Trusting the app that it doesn’t misuse permissions.
