App is too sensitive to touch. I can't scroll down the screen without it selecting the option my scrolling finger happened to be on, (this is on both Apple and Samsung, I checked). I have to toggle back and forth to pay credit bills. I'd rather not have to memorize the amount. The text is difficult to read, in size and color. The grey background, while professional, would benefit going back to white. I would encourage looking at more user-friendly apps like Chime. Thanks!

After removing the old app and installing the new, it took some time to complete. I even had a problem accessing my account on my laptop. Once I had authentication online, I reinstalled the app on my phone. Noticed the login page was the old one, it didn't work. I closed app, went to Google Play Store and opened the app from there. New login page appeared. I logged in no problem and set up biometrics. All is well now. Not everyone can figure this out so have patience with your customers.

Honestly speaking, you'd think a bank would be able to connect a customer to all external accounts. Coinbase and Prepaid card accounts aren't supported as viable linked accounts, despite those institutions being listed as linkable. Unless you want an endless loop of reverifying your account when there is no need to do so, the mobile version won't allow you to see all the captcha images. The desktop version allows full view but again. Endless loop. Do not recommend this app. 0/10

Hi Scott, while we would love to decide what is linkable in our Digital Banking, we are working within the constraints of our app vendor. However, we can make requests for products we'd like linked and will do so. As far as reverification goes, that is not a requirement we have, and is instead a policy put in place by the system you link.
