They're a scam. I've been taking surveys for 2+ years when without notification my account was frozen and my point exchange request withheld from me due to "evidence of engagement in prohibited acts." I can confidently say I didn't engage in any of their outlined prohibited acts and have tried to get assistance to rectify the issue. However, there is no true customer service support to contact and they will send you in a never end loop of digital inquires since there are no people to talk to.

I signed up and it was a good app until I realized that you need an outrageous amount of points to get the rewards, and that wouldn't be an issue except the fact that they lie about how many points you're getting per survey. I completed 4 surveys that claimed to all be 50 points when in fact they each either gave me one point or none at all. Major waste of time.

Out of nowhere, the app said they detect suspicion activities in my account. I reached out to customer service, and they said I violated the Member Agreement terms but didn't offer details. I don't understand how I can engage in suspicious activities when all I did was answering surveys that appeared in my account. It's also ridiculous that there's no direct contact person to get help from. I have to return to the inquiry form to follow up on this issue, but no one is replying now.
