I have joined the group and cleared my cache but I am still not able to do kyc 2. I struggled with kyc 1 too. All my referrals struggled too and have now chose to abandon the app. please fix this. I will come back and 5 star once fixed. Update: I ended up being able to complete my KYC 2. They're are still people struggling with this issue tho

Thank you for reaching out. Kindly clear the app cache, turn off background apps. Go to the camera settings and Lower the FPS to 30 or 24. Lower the photo quality from camera settings to the lowest. If still it doesn't work kindly try to submit it from an other phone.

please work on too many adds,again you need to loosen up a little on withdrawal crateria, it's not easy to withdraw from your platform no matter how u try,you must register 4 people who must pass kYC 1 $2, this is outrageous,I have registered about 7 people who have passed kyc1 only ,only one was able to pass kyc2, because you made it difficult,I have close to 300 usdt and I can't withdraw,again if you don't purchase rights you can't withdraw,all these are frustrating ,am mining over 35 apps .

This recent updates is a trash, it keeps cracking and finally returned me back to the phone home Page, the previous update worked perfectly on my phone, you need to look into this recent update and the the necessary corrections
