So far this particular machine is very difficult to work, they don't even recommend the software that comes with it but using a different third party software which is very confusing and it's hard to find any instructions on this everything that I have learned I've learned it from YouTube videos. Wish I would have went with a different brand, one that explains everything a little better and provides more direction.

Endless Frustration. I do nothing different and it successfully connects to the engraver about 2% of the time, and the other 98% of the time Im standing holding my phone for two hours with a half done project staring back at me.

This app is brutal to deal with. virtually every time you zoom in or out, it suddenly pulls your image/vector to some random location. If you work around not zooming, the rest of the app is quite good.
