Ratings and reviews

They offered me a cash out option for nearly 5 min. I tried to cash out and it wouldn't process. Lost out on $600 because of this. Instead of hedging my bet live I relied on there cash out option that should work if there offering it. On top of this, the scores they post on the app don't reflect the real scores. At times I saw basketball games that had completely wrong scores. Hope they fix this in the future. Switching apps for now.

Bet organization and graphics are better. Everything else is much worse... slow clunky sign in, bet slip takes forever to load, constant location based errors. When you click buttons, nothing happens... then something happens... then you wait... looks like nothing happened again... then as you are about to press the button again... something happens. Do this 3 or 4 times every time you place a bet. Enjoy.

I've had an online account with this clown show for eight years now. Used to be a few occasional glitches, now it's become a constant. Just this week the apps been down twice, 10 minutes before the kickoff of week 1 of the NFL, now right as the evening slate of college games are starting. In plays become a major issue as well, rarely do I get a bet in at the originally posted odds or point spread, usually end up getting worse odds posted or suspended the second I place the bet.
