I would call this complete garbage, but I've actually seen garbage that is useful, unlike this mobile application. We have six desks that have random names. sometimes certain items don't even show up (heater). I can't remember a time in the last 6 months that the app actually saw all six desks at once. typically, it's a game between turning off bluetooth, turning on bluetooth, force stopping the app at least three times, then possibly, maybe, I will see the desk I'm trying to connect to.

Has potential but needs work. Very buggy and requires frequent rebooting of the device as well as force closing/reopening the app. Doesn't work well on every model phone, settings such as light color change do not persist after touching the back button, and if you have your phone's font too large, certain controls are not available. My center has a large number of desks, and I'd be happy to help test app fixes.

Absolutely garbage application and idea. You won't let us rename the position to common names that we know in our call center? Instead we have to search for a random letter and number combo that never shows up in order on our device. Wasting valuable time for emergency dispatchers. Give us back wired connections. It's like Xybix has never actually worked in call centers before. Seriously, this is an amateur application and idea that should have never made it to production.
