This app is so poorly done, I feel like it was made at a coding school. It asks for two form authentication and it says the email is not preferred method. But after entering my phone number it proceeded to send me an email for the authentication code instead of a text. When navigating in the menu, after making a selection the menu doesn't close. I'm not sure this app was even user tested.

This app is truly terrible and in it's current state it is unacceptable. For something as important as monitoring appointments, messaging your healthcare team, viewing health records etc, it needs to be able to run without constant bugs. It won't let me login into the app right now and it's the only way I can request refills through my doc office.

Useless app, I can't access my account!! I have tried many times to put in the verification code sent to my email and the site will not take me to the screen to put in the code. I do not want to call overseas and try to get help because it will most likely be a waste of time, being on the phone with someone I hardly understand. Also, I don't know why I am bothering to leave this review because like so many other reviewers, I will not get help from the applications company.
