This app is so poor. Rarely works as the app won't open many sections/menus. It just force closes the page that it is trying to open. When logging in with biometrics it accepts the biometrics but then just doesn't do anything but reset the app. So every time I have to log in manually (why bother with biometrics then if they don't work?) and then when trying to get access to view my card so I can get the 3 digit security code the card won't open.

Cannot log in as they 'Cannot send an SMS to the mobile you number provided' but guess what, I haven't provided one because I wasn't asked for it when registering!?! Now when I go onto the app it's a blue screen with the spinning wheel of doom! Have emailed them so let's see if I get a response. Will ammend my review accordingly.

I always have trouble signing in. The fingerprint authentication doesn't work. Atofill doesn't work. And when I fill manually all details, I receeive an SMS with a code and if I look at the SMS the app rests itself again to the first page and I have to refill my details over and over again. And your customer service just doesn't exist. I wrote to e-mail messages complaining and I haven't received an answer in two weeks. I will strongly recommend my insurance company to do something about this.
