About this app

BK-Sign allows you to respond to your pending approval requests on the go. From your phone, anywhere and anytime, you can quickly approve requests from across all modules in Balancika ERP.
- Dashboard showing number of pending requests requiring your actions
- Review at a glance header, date, transaction amount, approval status, attachments and comments/chat with requester and other approvers
- Approve or reject with or without comments
- Request form in PDF format with signature and QR verification for each signature
- Share approved request form to other apps (e.g. Telegram, Whatsapp, etc.)
BK-Sign is compatible with Balancika AME, HRM and other Balancika apps. To use this app, you must be a user of Balancika AME or other Balancika apps and have Balancika support team to set up server-side configuration for you.
