Once you download the app all you need is your existing BankFirst Online username and password.

Ratings and reviews

App works to check typical transactions, but never works with mobile deposit. Tried at least 4 different times and always made sure checks are ready to go. Please fix this.

Fix the unable to login after business hrs . I try checking my balance after 7pm & it never really works. Fix the check deposit issues I need to take a picture 20 times before you accept it. I have no issues with my camera its issues with your app!

I haven't been able to get into my acct for over a month. It says my password and username is wrong. I'm suppose to call. It won't work with my biometrics. Everything is right when I log in. My card watch will show up but won't show what was charged or to where. Very upset with this app.
