Ratings and reviews

All the features which are provided by BOB world app is good , but whenever I switch to a new device or re-insert my sim card inside the mobile it will show invalid transaction pin during the time of login.Rest of all the features are good in the BOB World App , but such kind of issues related to transaction pins are making the whole experience very bad for users point of view. Please try to solve these kind issues.

I've been trying to use the services. It's been 2 weeks since. But all it says is " service not available" or "under maintenance". Neither Can I apply for virtual David cards, nor can I apply for Physical. This is probably the worst experience I had. Update after complaining It's running fine Got my cards.

There are always technical issues in all Bob's apps, I don't understand what to do, if it was like this then there was no need to launch the app, either delete the app or solve the problem. Always shows service not available, I tried it atleast hundred of time yet I am unable to register in this Bob world app
