I'm a IT guy and did everything in the books to fix the problem. But the bazz smart doorbell I bought won't show up on connecting devices. Also funny how you guys have a doorbell and in pick device you don't have a specific selection for doorbell. But still the fact that I sat at my front door for 3 hours resetting it, disconnecting it from power putting it back on, tried a different router and changed my wifi password. I don't think your customer service can think of anything else to do.

I hate just about everything with this app and product. I installed the can lights in all my new construction and it's been a huge mistake. The lights constantly need to be readded to the network. When I flip the switch I never know if I'm going to get a blinking light. Then when it blinks I have to reconnect it. Then since I had a reconnect it I have to reprogram the "smart scenes" so I don't even use the app because I've been so frustrated with having to reprogram the scenes. Huge mistake

Awful! It works for 2 days and then you're offline, so whatever light setting you left off is stuck that way. I've contacted their customer service and they were NOT helpful. They suggested it was my wifi, so I followed their instructions. Nothing. They just stopped replying to me. Waste of money and time. They wouldn't admit their product SUCKS.
